● Files never leave your device Add music to a video
Drop in a music track to play under your video. Mix it with the original audio at volumes you control, or replace the audio entirely. You can also simply remove the audio.
Everything happens in this browser tab on your own device — your video is never uploaded to a server, so even multi-gigabyte files stay private. Audio mixing runs on the built-in CPU engine.
How to
- Add your video. Drop your video into havenConverter.
- Choose an audio mode. Pick “Add background music” and choose a music file, then set the original and music volumes.
- Export. Export the video with its new soundtrack.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I keep the original audio too?
- Yes — “Add background music” mixes the music under the original at the levels you set. “Replace” swaps it out instead.
- What audio formats can I add?
- Common audio (and video) files work as the music source.
- Is my video uploaded?
- No — mixing happens locally.
